Consists of an upper hutch and lower desk that will be separated for delivery. Dimensions: Upper Cabinet: • Height: 46 1/4" • Width: 42" • Depth: 11 3/4" Desk Base: • Height: 31 1/2" • Width: 44 1/2" • Depth: 21 5/8" Requires indoor delivery to an upstairs room via a wide staircase (about one flight, with a curve). There are steps at the home’s entry; a side door with fewer steps is available. We would love an experienced furniture mover who provides proper blankets, wraps, and handling equipment to ensure safe transport. thank you so much looking forward to working with you and the dates are super flexible and are not restricted to the dates posted.  

Wrap well and call with 1 hour heads up before arriving to each location.  

This is actually two pieces; the top desk / shelves with glass doors and the lower dresser drawers. I'd like white glove packing as it is an antique with glass doors. The pick up location has a narrow, long, gravel driveway. The drop off location is in a 55+ gated community.  

Pick up is from auction house with regular business hours. Please blanket wrap. Chair hieght is 36 inches.

Pickup is between hours of 10-4 pm only, Tuesday through Saturday  

This table is dissassembled. The sender requires $240 cash for pickup. I can add this to the fee or pay cash reimbursement.  

Ready Now for pickup and delivery. Pick up is M-F during normal business hours. Delivery days and time of day are flexible within the listing window. NO Open transport. Must be a good communicator. Help on both ends. Three pieces - Desk is 66" Wide x 29" Deep x 32" High. File cabinet is 25" Wide x 21" Deep x 32" High. 42.5" Wide x 16" Deep x 80.5" High  

Second floor at both the pick up and delivery. No assistance at pick up but can assist at drop off.  

For pick up it needs to be before Aug. 9.  

 

***HEAVY*** Requires at least two strong man. Pick up and delivery are 1.5 miles apart.

Driver must carry cargo insurance and assume liability from pick up to drop off. Signed BOL and photos of item in place at delivery location required for payment release. No brokers. Must have plenty positive feedback. Willing to communicate with myself and customer to coordinate pick up and delivery. Please mention when you intend to pick up and deliver when you accept offer. Customer would like delivery August 1-4th. * I had this booked with someone else but it just fell through so I’m hoping to keep my customers timeline.
