Please let me know an estimated delivery date and confirm estimated delivery day/time at least 24-48 hours in advance. I have included a photo that shows two pre-existing scratches on the right side of the desk (if facing the front). The weight estimate was provided to me by the seller.

There is stairs involved desk comes apart in two pieces two people preferred I can help On my end but not sure on the buyers end  

The desk is in two parts - the upper section measuring 47" wide x 12" deep x 48" high - the lower base section measuring 49" wide x 19" deep x 48" high. Top section rests atop base section. Inside pickup in LA & inside delivery in Charleston. We also have a table going to Charleston that can be combined with this delivery - prefer to have both go together.  

Both items must be picked up from the auction site in Astoria, NY 11106. Pick up hours are Monday – Friday 10:00 am – 1:00 pm & 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm. The items will be shipped to my fourth floor apartment in downtown Portsmouth, NH 03801. It is a full service apartment building with elevators. The apartment management places reasonable times for deliveries, generally between 8am and 6pm. There is a an 11-foot limit to the height of the delivery truck or van used to access the loading dock. If your truck exceeds 11 ft. in height, I shall purchase a parking permit at my own expense for you to park on the street in front of the apartment, in which case, the furniture will need to be dollied approximately 100 ft. to access the loading area/P Level of the Apartment House. The management generally does not allow anything to be brought in or out the front door. Please note that I would like to insure the two pieces of furniture to the invoice amount ($6,834 for the desk and $1541 for the table). The desk can be taken apart in two pieces, and the top half has handles on the back. I am looking for a highly rated, experience carrier who can deliver the items to me quickly.  

 

Pick up Wednesday after 2:00 or Friday between 10 and 2:00 Hardwood floors, 1 flight of stairs at destination  

The old roll-top desk is heavy and bulky, and needs either a second person to help load it or someone very experienced with moving bulky desks. We don't have anyone able to help with pickup in PA. It may have to go out the sliding glass doors and around the back of the house - or partially disassemble it to get out the front door. We also have some old framed pictures which will need to be wrapped up as well. Request covered van or truck. Need pickup in PA on Thursday the 13th of Feb 2025 and are not in a rush for delivery in FL.  

The desk will be disassembled and wrapped for easy and flexible packing.

This is best added to a larger shipment already on this route. Not a valuable item and therefore willing to pay less than $75 to transport it.  

Desk needs to be delivered by Monday at the latest! You'll have help loading at pick up.
