there is one elevator on the pick up side, 1 fight of stairs on the other. The table can be disassembled, and the leaves placed on top, and shrink wrapped. there are 4 chairs. the bed is a headboard, footboard and the side railings which are currently disassembled.

China Cabinet breaks down into 2 pcs as the dimensions are given for each piece. Both pieces can be taken out front door down 3 steps to driveway. Delivery in Kansas City is in front door (no steps just porch) and set up in dining room first room in door. The weights of each piece is an estimate but the dimensions are accurate. I have included a picture of the table and chairs.  

 

2 antique chairs, measurements are for each. Pickup at my antique store (flexible PU hours). Deliver to my customers residence. BOL and photos at pickup and drop-off. Must be handled with care. Questions? happy to help. - matt
