Call before you arrive  

Dining table, 4 chairs and a leaf for the table. I gave very generous estimates on the weight to be safe, it will most likely not be that heavy.  

 

One vintage blue armchair. The chair weighs approximately 40 pounds and measures 30 inches (L) x 27 inches (W) x 39 inches (H). It is a residential pickup and delivery. Handling Instructions: The chair must remain upright during transport and should not be stacked or placed under heavy items. It requires gentle handling and should be securely wrapped with padding or moving blankets prior to shipment. Pickup is from a residential address in Philadelphia, PA, and delivery will be to a residential address in Seattle, WA. Please advise on shipping estimate, available pickup windows, and any special requirements or surcharges for handling high-value or fragile items.  

 

 

Chair will be shrink wrapped, but need to be wrapped in blankets. Will be picked up from the RH Outlet Store in Milwaukee. Not sure if they have a forklift, but item weighs 22.25 pounds without the shrinkwrap.

Fragile Shipment — Desk, Chair, Floor Lamp & Mini-Bench This shipment includes four fragile, lightweight items: one desk, one newly refinished and reupholstered chair, one floor lamp, and one mini-bench. Most pieces have recently been restored, and the chair in particular has just undergone a full overhaul — it has brand new upholstery and must arrive without a single scratch. All items must be handled with the utmost care. Please call or text me in advance to coordinate the pickup. There is a freight elevator at the pickup location, so the process should be smooth. At delivery, the items will be brought into a residential first-floor space. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out. Delivery is needed by Friday, July 11. Thank you!  

Light weight, couch is basically three separate chairs. Vintage rattan worthy of careful handling. Pieces are sturdy

Call Delivery by Design at least 24 hours in advance to make sure chairs are pulled from storage and ready for pick up. Pick up hours are M-F 8-3.  

 

Please pick up two church pews samples and one church chair sample and deliver to the next church.
