Delivery to 2nd floor apartment needed. Photos of the stairwell are included. The building has two entrance doors that are 80 inches tall and 35 inches wide. The hallway is 47 inches wide. The width of the stairwell from wall to handrail is roughly 39 inches. The space between each set of stairs is 47 inches in length and 40.5 inches wide.  

The auction house allows for pickup only Tuesday - Friday from 8:30am-noon and 1:30pm- 4pm, please verify with me and auction house prior to pickup. Thank you  

Cabinets are on wheels. Carrier will need a box truck, enclosed trailer, 2 people to lift or a ramp or a lift gate. Cabinet can not be pulled, or lifted from the top lid. Cabinet can not be transported or moved on the top lid side. Must be transported in the upright position. DO NOT ACCEPT THIS JOB IF YOU PLAN TO USE A PICK-UP TRUCK OR SMALL VAN.

Item is in a crate. Hand truck used against the back only. Crate will be well marked of back location. No open vehicle. Assistance available, no stairs at pick up. No stairs at drop off.  

Please confirm with me and auction house prior to pick-up  

Bar cabinet ready for pickup on/after 7/19/25. Help loading and unloading on both ends. Very flexible pick up schedule. Small beverage fridge will accompany the bar (22"L x 22"W x 31"H). Will be in original box/packaging. Bar will be shrink wrapped and bubble wrapped for transport.  

Bookcase has cabinet doors on the bottom third (not shown). Make arrangements to meet someone at location for access to storage unit. Need 1 hours notice.  

Driveway is off alleyway behind house. Item to be carried around to front of house, through main entrance, then set just inside. Sufficient blanket wrapping needed to protect the wood and glass. Weight is only reasonable estimate. Given the height of the item, this is a two man job with a sufficiently sized truck.  

Help loading and unloading available! Only a couple porch steps at delivery, no stairs at pickup. Antique with fragile legs NO SCOOTING  

Pickup at my business (flexible PU hours) - deliver to my customers residence. Can be moved on a hand truck, no problem. I’ll have it shrink wrapped prior to pickup, you’ll just need to blanket and strap. Pretty straightforward-forward. Questions? Happy to help!  

Small display cabinet with small glass shelves (removed from cabinet and wrapped seperately) and two small.boxes of dolls (each box weighs less than 5 lbs)  

 

Cabinet seperates into two parts. Top contains antique glass panels which will be protected upon pick up. Three removable shelves.  

 

 

Pick up days are flexible. We can help load. We just need it delivered by the 25th or sooner.
