Pick up at Palm Springs Estate Company  

This item comes apart in 5 pieces and the top is 70" tall and the bottom is 18" tall and the side cabinet is 88" tall. It will take 5 (72 x 80) blankets to properly wrap. We do have other items going west if you are interested they should all be listed unless they are already booked.  

Call when picking up and before arrival please.  

 

Tips- you have to turn onto 12th street! The cabinet probably weighs less than I guessed.  

Used kitchen cabinets. No special handling needed other than inside delivery. Pickup location is commercial building and cabinets will be less than 20 feet from entrance. Delivery location is my home and front door is about 30 feet from driveway and the porch has 5 steps up. Items are ONLY available for pickup on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Will not accept offers from companies with less than 5 reviews. Had to push this back multiple times due to last minute cancellations by drivers. Please make SURE you can really complete the job before accepting.

Item will be padded and pre-wrapped with a moving blanket. Please call or text before arrival. can meet along a major roadway for pick-up to help facilitate transport. NIB sink. No stairs are involved at the pick-up location or the drop-off location (garage drop-off). Let me know if you have any additional questions. NO open/exposed trailers, please.  

 

2-section cabinet  

Doors have been removed, cabinet is empty. Difficult to weigh exactly so estimating between 60-85 pounds. Best shipped upright as the back of the cabinet is barely more than cardboard.  

This is a standing mirror jewelry cabinet. It has wooden legs and a glass mirror door, so it is fragile and needs to be kept upright.  

 

 

 

Load from first floor, load right from back door of building.  

NO SINK - just 2 cabinets, extra trim and 2 extra left over cabinet doors - see pictures. Weight was estimated by seller - he took down the cabinets with a friend and said they probably weigh 200 at most but he didn't weigh them on a scale. I also have another/separate listing for pick up in Ohio ( ID 107580607) Sink is removable as in one of the pictures and will stay behind.

The chair fits under the sewing machine as shown. The dimensions are 25"L x 20"W x 33"H and weighs about 100 pounds.
