Load from first floor, load right from back door of building.  

NO SINK - just 2 cabinets, extra trim and 2 extra left over cabinet doors - see pictures. Weight was estimated by seller - he took down the cabinets with a friend and said they probably weigh 200 at most but he didn't weigh them on a scale. I also have another/separate listing for pick up in Ohio ( ID 107580607) Sink is removable as in one of the pictures and will stay behind.

The chair fits under the sewing machine as shown. The dimensions are 25"L x 20"W x 33"H and weighs about 100 pounds.

Pickup from William Bunch Auction House. Shipper needs to call them and schedule pickup window. Residential dropoff onto porch is sufficient, likely includes maximum of 4 steps to porch. Blanket wrap, nothing fancy. Just need it intact. Driveway is NOT friendly to a full size semi-trailer... if you have a full size trailer, consider arranging dropoff at end of our driveway into our pickup truck. We're flexible.

Pickup from business with assistance but delivering to a residence . Cabinet is heavy and need to be delivered with interior installation . Recommend 2 people at Delivery . **PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ THE REQUIREMENTS BEFORE BIDDING**: -Pickup hours are Monday - Saturday 10am-7pm / Sunday 12pm-5pm - Easy loading at a business with assistance. Shipper is responsible for Blanket Wrapping of the items. - You MUST MAKE CONTACT with the delivery customer at least 24 hours in advance. If you deliver an item less than 24 hours from pickup without the customer’s approval, you will not be paid in full. - Upon Delivery please photograph the Item Delivered and email ot text me so I can release payment. - Customers should be contacted between 8am-8pm based on the delivery timezone. - Items CAN NOT be left outside unless consent is given from the customer. - An enclosed trailer, box truck, or sprinter van is required for ALL deliveries
