Big items are sofa, king mattress, the king box spring (which is actually two twin box springs), and the king headboard (which is padded and only weighs about 35 pounds). All other items are boxes and lamps pre-wrapped in bubble and cardboard. Customer can help load and unload at origin and destination. All small items except the larger furniture will be pre-wrapped and/or boxed by customer. Timing is crucial on this shipment. Do not bid if you cannot make the deadlines. IN THE EVENT THAT SHIPPER CANCELS THIS SHIPMENT, SHIPPER WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $2,000 PENALTY IN ADDITION TO A FULL REFUND OF PAYMENT, BOTH PAYABLE TO CUSTOMER JASON VARTIKAR-MCCULLOUGH. SHIPPER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY INVOICED $2,000 UPON shippers CANCELATION. Items being moved to 4th floor apartment in Boston (1086 Commonwealth Ave, 02215). There is a very small elevator, and stairs going up to 4th floor. I moved all of these items myself in a 10' Uhaul truck from DC to Boston yesterday. This all fit in a small studio apartment.  

No box springs. Need pickup by 7-5-16. Flexible re delivery date, but must be delivered on weekend or after 6 pm weekdays.

Probably some misc boxes. The mover in Houston has not shipped this as agreed and my niece has been in an apartment with no furniture for a month. Her ex-husband will meet at Storage Houston, TX to get the furniture. there estimate is 650 cubic foot with no weight6/26/2016
