REQUIREMENTS: 1.Transported in a box, truck or enclosed trailer from pickup to delivery. 2.BOL (E-BOL Preferred) 3.PHOTOS-At Pickup & Delivery 4.In-Home pickup & room of choice delivery with debris removal a. Most items require 2 people to properly handle. Plan accordingly and bring help if needed. 5.Blanket wrap service and/or packing/crating (including all proper materials) 6.Pickup/Delivery - Standard from 8:00am - 6:00pm, unless agreed differently by customer. Custom wooden storage bench for my customer. Must protect from elements. No stacking. Must ship horizontal/flat and cannot go vertical. Will have help on both ends.  

Pickup 9-4 Tues - friday. Phone for pickup is 323-724-8102. Please call ahead.  

Delivery is to a receiver warehouse. Hrs are M-F, hours 8-3. Phone of warehouse is 317-876-0801. Please call ahead.  

*If you cannot follow the instructions below please do not accept our offer. -Set is table and two benches, benches tuck under table. -Pickup business hours are 11-4:30 M-F. This means items need to be loaded by 4:30. -Pickup location and delivery location need 24 hours notice before arrival. -Signed BOL and POD must be sent to to us for payment release. This means using the EBOL that uShip provides, or the paperwork we provide. Not gathering signatures or pictures may result in delay of payment release. -All items must be blanket wrapped by carrier. We apologies for the detailed instructions. We feel these instructions are standard, but typically not followed. A professional carrier likely already provides all of the above. We do not book with new carriers to the uShip platform. The lack of feedback makes it too risky. We ship 5-10 shipments a week and really enjoy working with repeat carriers.  

listing is for 6 pieces. 1 chair 55" tall goes to Gulf Breeze FL and 5 pieces (Bench, center table 36x36x31", 1 mirror 72" tall, 2 chairs 60" tall) not the items shown in the photo but a representation going to a house in Covington LA. Driver needs a total of 14 blankets to wrap all items. Flexible pickup and delivery.

The cushion is already wrapped (to keep it clean). The rest just need to be blanket wrapped please.
