Cheap Bed Shipping Services

We live in a studio apartment with no bed, but a sleeper sofa and a futon as the only major furniture. We have tables and fixtures, but we're breaking it all down minus the dining table and chairs. There are also 3 saxophones. 6 small boxes 6 medium boxes 2 large boxes 1 small plastic storage container 1 large long plastic storage container 5 small piles of planks (deconstructed storage units) futon sleeper sofa  

This is a new twin bed - in 3 boxes - total weight is 121lbs Box 1 46x50x5 and 51lbs Box 2 46x33x5 and 30 lbs Box 3 70x11x3 and 39 lbs  

We may have a few more pieces, .. may not... maybe a few more boxes... either way will prob not be more than 100-150#s...and two of the items listed may not make like the TV stand and dining table, but I think dining table should be here by then. (Had previously said maybe an IKEA bed frame, but that won't be shipped!)  

Pickup firm due to moving, but delivery flexible. Someone will always be at delivery location.  

Vessel carrying shipment must be closed ie: no open truck beds or trailers.  

This is a metal canopy Bed that comes disassembled in 12 different sections. It must be properly blanket wrapped and protected during transit to avoid scratches and dings against the black paint on the bed. Please bring plenty of blankets to wrap the parts in.  

 

1) There are also two small racks (no option for that above) 2) As for the queen bed, I am only interested in taking my mattress with me. So the bed frame is not included (there wasn't a mattress option to select) 3) The number of boxes is an estimate as I haven't finished packing yet but it should be around that (not much more or less) 4) The only large item I am bringing is my mattress and a bookcase (shelves removed). My small kitchen table will be deconstructed at the time of pick up. The rest of the items will be packed in boxes by me and just need to be picked up and dropped off. No assembly or blanket wrapping service required. Please reach out if you have additional questions.

Antique Victorian bed. Will need disassembly and assembly at pick-up and drop-off, respectively. Both locations are on the first floor. The bed is all slot and hook assembly, should not require any tools beyond a rubber head mallet. There will be someone at both the pick-up and delivery locations.  

Need to move the bed and some boxes just 0.5 miles.  

If anyone could please help a recent graduate from college move some of his furniture back home to Houston, that would be greatly appreciated! Please Call before you arrive because there is a chance I may not be there for pick-up and I want to ensure that you will be able to grab the dresser, bed, and bed frame and not waste a trip!  

Please call before you arrive. The bed can be disassembled to separate the footboard from the headboard.  

Boxes of books and clothes. Folding tables. King sized bed and bed frame. This is the contents of one room in a house used by a law student.  

Items being transported are shown in photos. It will be a total of 8 pieces of furniture to include queen size bed with mattresses, 2 night stands, couch, love seat, ottoman and two end tables. There are elevators for use at pick-up and delivery.  

Pick-up before August from experienced furniture dealers during weekday only. Delivery time frame and location is flexible. Preferred delivery date is anytime after August 1st but earlier delivery date is fine. Delivery drop off options are on the north side of Chicago: #1 after August 1st-at apartment on residential street near two expressway ramps. #2 at storage unit on major street directly off of expressway ramp. #3 At residential home in Palatine, IL on wide busy street with drive-way. Sofa bed weight estimated at 200 lbs. We will be happy to assist in delivery drop-off to the best of our ability and provide more info upon request. Our preferred budget is at $800 but because this is a unique vintage item we do appreciate careful handling and will consider higher bids. Thanks and happy travels!

There's two pick up locations and insurance is required. Sofa bed is located in the Bronx, NY address and the case goods are located at 1075 Metropalitan Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11211. These are all custom pieces. Case goods are made of wood. Delivery on Aug 2nd is a must.  

Includes entire full size bedroom set - dresser/mirror; bed; chest & 1 side table +6 boxes; tent and small portable hammock.
