This is all apart and pretty lightweight to move in five separate pieces . I would like someone that is self-insured as U-Ship's insurance is quite high. Thank you!  

 

We have moved out of this home in Menlo Park, and thought we didn't need the bed, so we didn't have the movers move it, and left it behind to sell there. Now, we realize we should have moved it, so looking to get a quote from someone to disassemble it, move it from the second story down into your truck/trailer and move it from Menlo Park to Santa Barbara, CA, and preferably down a flight of stairs and into our guest bedroom here (and reassemble it?). We don't have to have this done on a specific date, can be flexible, so let me know your rate and when you can move it. I know it's a king size bed frame + mattress. But not sure if there are box springs as well? Can clarify after tomorrow, when I'm in Menlo park and can look at the bed and see what it needs. But seems like basic frame + headboard, no footboard or canopy etc.

Fragile handcrafted hardwood furniture for white glove delivery to our customer. Easy pick-up at our home business where we will help load from the garage door of our shop. Blanket wrap works best. The bed will be be disassembled. The headboard/footboard needs to travel standing up; we usually strap it against the side of our van. Delivery to a first floor residence, customer will have someone there to help bring it into house. Dresser drawers can be removed to make it lighter weight to lift. Bed set-up not needed. Furniture cannot be stacked in transport and must be protected from moisture. Masks preferred for pick up and delivery for COVID-19 protection. Flexible hours on both ends. Furniture is ready now. Estimating about 7x10 sq ft of space needed to transport everything. The only large items are a dresser (55 in wide), a flat screen TV (45 in), a full length mirror, a wooden chest, three medium sized chairs, a lightweight desk (deconstructed), a rolled up mattress, and a bed frame still in the original box. For pickup, everything will be loaded from a garage (with driveway). There is also a driveway at the delivery location and everything will need to be unloaded and carried up one flight of stairs. The bed is broken down into two items: 1) Head Board and Base Board wrapped together and 2) Slats and cross bars wrapped together  

 

 

I have an XLTwin Craftmatic bed and will fit the other items (TV, ballet bar, cased massage table, drafting table and a few boxes) on or above to stay within the parameters.

They request you call them the day before the pickup. Call before delivery. This location is just off of an I-20 exit ramp.  

The seller will disassemble. Would like it to arrive in the next week but I can be flexible if need be.
