Associate Director, Brand and Content

Carly Roye is the Associate Director of Brand and Content at uShip, where she leads content strategy and brand storytelling focused on helping customers navigate oversized shipping with confidence. She’s passionate about creating content that puts customers first and reflects uShip’s mission to simplify the often confusing world of big and bulky shipping.

Carly comes to uShip with over a decade of experience growing digital audiences and developing creative content for brands like Getty Images, Qualcomm, and Castrol. She received her BA in Nonfiction Writing from Eugene Lang College at The New School in New York City, where she served as Managing Editor for The New School Free Press and as an editorial intern for Elle and Interview Magazine.

As a content marketer, Carly believes the best brand experiences start with useful information and authentic storytelling. Whether she’s helping a small business navigate shipping logistics or creating educational resources for first-time shippers, her goal is always the same: to help customers feel informed, confident, and supported throughout the shipping process.
