He was great! He even hit a fire at I10 about an hour from my house and was worried it would be too late for my delivery so he stayed in constant communication while he was stuck in a traffic standstill - wish all transporters had these communication skills - he also gave me valuable info on my pups previous lack of care that he witnessed at pick up! THANKS AGAIN!

Sally beat everyone's price which is exactly what I needed since I was unexpectedly taking this pup back in a hurry! She delivered Buddy on time with great communication even though the pickup person was not good at working with her due to his cell phone breaking! I have already made arrangements to use Regina again next weekend to bring back two more of my dogs from my show handler's kennel! Thanks Regina for a job well done!

Brian was new to Uship but acted like he'de been doing this forever! He was great on my two most important concerns - being on time and staying in touch - EXCELLENT! Brian did what he promised, when he promised to do it, stayed in touched throughout the process, seemed to genuinely like my dogs, my receiver liked him and gave us a rate that no one else could even come close to for a single mom on a budget - most appreciated! We have already asked him when he is available to dothisveryrunagain

Susan and Tom were one of the best, if not the best, transporters that I have ever used! They are definitely awesome at keeping in touch and with Sisha and Tiamo being 4 year old Akitas that are being retired and finding a retirement home, it was extremely important that we found a shipper that understood how important staying in contact is! We couldn't have been happier with Tom and Susan... It was obvious from the start that they are dog people and they loved our dogs so much, they want on

He was great! Good to my dog. They had a long ride together and got stuck behind an accident on the Hoover dam but he got Shin*i there and a happy camper at that. He was very personable and seemed to genuinlely like my dog and had plenty of space for him to be comfortable and didn't even mind that he was still drying from his bath! Thanks again for a great transport!

We have tried to use Matt for years but it has never worked out - we loved his feedback - well we finally got to! Matt's ability to stay in touch has been superior to anyone else i have ever used on Uship for the past few years! He always called back immediately if I didn't catch him and I call ALOT because Sensei was a rescue and I was particularly worried about him. Matt kept me up to date to be sure that I didn't stress out with worry! Thanks for uniting Sensei with his forever home!

My dogs arrived two days earlier than planned which I was pleased with. However my shipper called in tears because we were told that the dogs would be loose on the backseat for their comfort but were instead both put in a crate too small for one of them. I didn't see this myself because they were already out when I went outside on leashes to get them. I didn't have a problem reaching her which was nice!

I'm sorry your shipper was in tears. I told her the dogs would be in the kennel for 3 hours to my next stop. It was for safety for all dogs. I had a delivery only 3 hours away and then your dogs had the whole back end the whole trip. She said this would be fine. Your dogs had the best care ever. They both are beautiful dogs.
