I no longer need my item(s) shipped.
This dog was listed as part of a round trip which also had a book it now option. My internet went down yesterday before I could cancel this single shipment, after adding the round trip. This service provider has acepted both so has accepted the same shipment twice. The other shipment that is "booked" right now is the good one. Sorry for the inconvenience. I tried to talk someone through deleting this shipment online for me but she didn't understand how to navigate uship....internet age....

COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT BUT WAS NOT TO HAPPY WITH THE WAY THE BIKE WAS STRAPPED IN BED OF TRUCK , WAS ON ITS SIDE AND UNDERSIDE OF TANK WAS SCRATCHED DUE TO LAYING ON SIDE PRESSED AGAINST BED (SIDE) OF TRUCK DURING TRANSPORT . JUST WOULD RECOMMEND THAT HE STRAP BIKES STANDING IN CENTER OF BED WITH SUCURE(4)STRAPPING FROM BOTH SIDES OF FRAME / HANDLE BARS CENTER ON BIKES . THANKS DENNY .
