Customer feels I misrepresented my business and/or services Please see email previously sent to uship including picture of the transporter's vehicle. The transporter showed up at my home to pick up two Akitas expecting them to ride in the back of a pick up truck full of items. There was no way to fit two crates large enough to comfortably transport the two Akitas safely even if this had been suitable means of transportation but it was not. The transporter kept saying the bid stated they would be riding in the back of a pick up truck and it does not.

Yes, we offered to transport with our long bed pick up Dodge Ram, and you had accepted, and yes the driver had three bags of their belongings (luggage in plastic bags, due to weather(rain). The issue we have with Melissa is that she's been making up stories: first she lied that one of the dog was injured, and that she is able to send only one pet, but her story change when driver got there. Two hour of drive all the way to her location. Will not do any business with her in the coming future.

Didi was taken great care of and the driver was fast from booking through delivery. Woudl use again for sure!

The driver went to hospital amidst the delivery and still never missed a beat and took great care of Loki for a good price. Would be happy to use again!

Driver was great. I was beginning to doubt uship drivers now because my previous two shipments to the same address were TERRIBLE but Ed was a breath of fresh air and has renewed my trust in uship. Thanks Ed for taking such good care of Chewie. He wanted to leave with you so your obviously bonded!

Jennifer went above and beyond on this transport. In the middle of my transport of this euthanasia list rescue going into therapy the receiver went MIA. Jennifer didn't get mad, she didn't take it out on the dog when he ate her crate, she didn't get upset when she had to take him to the vet to get him sedatives so that he could ride more easily for her, in fact, she took him home with her for a nominal boarding fee until the transport could be completed. Jennifer not only delivered Kibo but fell in love with her as well. Great service, fast service and cheaper than everyone else - a pleasure to work with on this rescue!

Lucky was a difficult transport which we didn't know at the time because he was a. Stray pulled from the euthanasia list in Gordon county Georgia but he arrived safe an sound none the less! Hopefully next time you transport a dog for us it's easier than lucky was! (He is a good boy but apparently cannot be crated)

was impressed that they called a few days after shipment to check on how Bison was adapting and also impressed when they didn't have the right size crate they went out and bought one.
