This retired gentleman is the kindest person that has ever transported for me. He was great with my rescue. He did it quickly and I can't believe the price he gave me - he gave me an awesome price because she is a rescue. He and his wife Kitty love dogs, having 5 of their own, and are great people. The receiver was pleased and said he was very complimentary of Kyara. So much better experience than I had with my last uship transporter. I am already planning to use them again with two rescue

This is the second time I have used them for same recvr/shpr. She was paying and wanted to use them again so we did after problems the first time because of their cheaper price - YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. I got a call right away about collecting money when the bid was accepted and NEVER heard from them again. They were days late picking up - excuse after excuse and took NINE days to arrive and never even called me - just showed up - lucky I was home! Response from LSPTransport: This would mean so much more if this breeder was the one paying the bill. On both occasions she gave access to her UShip account to her customer. The customer maintained contact with us and informed us 6 months ago that she would need to consider returning the dog due to its destructive nature when left unattended even when kenneled.

Shipper was so happy with professionalism and that she plans to use him again and I am just as pleased as I have been with most of my uship business. Thanks for getting Ichi and pregnant Peony here safe and sound; a week later, she is about to POP out her babies.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I wish I could pick more than one reason because I have several. After the bid was accepted, I contacted David. He told me he wasn't doing shipment of my dogs that I need to call Lee. Lee said he would be arriving in Little Rock to get them Wednesday at noon. My shipper had the dogs ready at the ready to go and Lee is a no show. We call REPEATEDLY and his phone is turned off and no call backs. At 3 pm I called David. He said he would handle it and call back me back in 10 m

Got off to a slow start due to breakdown on the way to me but Mr. Lawson and his drivers were very nice, stayed in contact, and delivered Kyara to her forever home safe and sound. Thanks again!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this service provider The Driver told me he could not accomodate our shipment b/c of the heat, which is understandable. I could not reach him by phone (was disconeccted) and the driver does not respond to e-mails. I would NOT use his services again due to poor communication!

AWESOME family. Spoke to Mr. Pace throughout shipment and he was helpful and courteous and remained in contact. Spoke to his wife too and she is a dear. This was a sticky shipment because the pickup person was a severe drunk but Mr. Pace handled him with grace and tact and helped me save my dog, which I tried to do alone the week prior and couldn't do by myself. The contact was constant and the shipment was fast and Sake was happy on arrival. I am thrilled and would love to use him on my Response from FastPace: We are so glad everything worked out so well for Sake. It was an interesting adventure with a happy ending.
