After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider There first attempt they showed up in a mini van and thought it fit in there, when I told them it was big as a Harley. Then they said they would come back with something bigger, it just does not seem right and never heard back from them. I would like to refunded and choose another company. Thanks

I no longer need my item(s) shipped At no fault of Courtney's we must cancel this shipment. It was an owner surrender rescue going to his new home and the owner now refuses to surrender the dog to Courtney for transport. Courtney has been great about conversing with the owner and myself and I can't apologize to her enough but we can't control the flake at the other end.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Communication is horrible. She rescheduled my pick up times three times yesterday then finally asked to reschedule for another date. I live in Texas and need a puppy picked up and shipped from North Carolina. She will not answer my calls this morning. She has resorted to text messages. All I ask for is a call. I do not know how you can be ranked so high in uship.com with business practices such as these. I am a business man, and I wouldn't have a client one if I treated my customers this

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Provider is already a week late for pickup according to terms of contract. Has given one excuse after another, and I do not have time to keep going with this as I must move and need to have my pet transported ASAP. Communications have been misleading and I do not trust this person to do what needs to be done at this point.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The Service Provider cancel the pick up. because they said there is no more room for my pet in their vehicle.Just one day before they picking it up.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The shipment was expected to be picked up this week but Candy has some complications that arose that will not enable her to make it until next week. So I am having to cancel the pick up and go do the pick up myself.
