WELL IT WAS GREAT EXPIERIENCE HE HELPED ME WITH A VARIOUS PROBLEMS KEPT IN CONSTANT CONTACT PUNCTUAL. MY SHIPMENT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED WHICH WAS NOT THE BURGESS FREIGHT'S CO. FAULT HE GAVE USEFULL INFORMATION SO THAT I CAN TAKE ACTION.AND TO ME GAVE ME SOME RE ASSURANCE AND SOME KIND OF PEACE OF MIND.

NICK HAD THE TRUCK TO MY PICKUP SPOT WITHIN 45 MINS. AND HE ONLY HAD ABOUT 1 HOUR FINAL NOTIFICATION OF SHIPMENT READY FOR PICKUP, I WAS IMPRESSED! THERE WAS A SMALL PROBLEM WITH BILL OF LADING AND WHO WOULD BE PAYING FOR A SHORT PERIOD ( ABOUT 1.5 HRS. ) BUT AGAIN NICK WAS ON IT AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE!
