Those who are fortunate enough to find this Service Provider can count their infinite blessings. Kevin is rather a partner in shipping. As he puts it, "There are very few people willing to go above and beyond the call of duty. I'm one of them." Wrong: he is the one and only! Some people do it just for the money. Kevin does so much he makes one wonder "What drives this man;" and then you realize he only strives for the customer's maximum satisfaction. No one else in his class! HE'S THE CLASS ACT!

I no longer need my item(s) shipped It's been about a month since I'm being told the seller is out of town and that had locked the item inside his garage before leaving, compaining that I waited too long to pick it up.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service Provider called me to inform me he could no longer accomodate my shipment because another bigger one he had been hoping for was cancelled.

this was to be a small part of a return trip, but unfortunately the boat that i was shipping to the area cancelled on us leaving only this shipment. it was not possible for us to drive 2800 miles for a $150 delivery. unfortunately when your main part of a load cancels it can cause a unstoppable domino effect on everything else. this an unfortunate thing but it happens to all of us at one time or another.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Contrary to other Service providers we've delt with so far, this one demands partial payment prior to delivery of shipment, which is not mentioned in their bid. Otherwise, we wouldn't have accepted it.
We are set up to make our credit card information available and pay a deposit directly to U-ship.
Response from TOTALGROUP:
We did not request a 2nd deposit from the customer after Uhip fees ,the balance include our broker fee and the driver pay and usually we do not get pay from the driver after he collect the money at delivery but from the customer credit card ,and we did let him know that his card will be charge after the driver pick up. Most likely the agent explain it to the customer the same way. It was not mention ,but the balance add to Uship fees equal the previous Tariff .Sorry for the misunderstanding.
