There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Customer booked this as a local move and asked us to try to move it for that price, at about 65% discount. We did what we could, but price is just too low for a 500 miles trip.Please, cancel this match. Thanks.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Apparently the clutch on the vehicle is not in working condition. We have no means of dealing with inoperable vehicles and accepted the order with the understanding it was operable.

I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. our agreement was pickup by 5/12 we waited till 5/13 and still could not reach the pickup contact...the shipper also could not find her, by phone, e-mail, or text, we had to go...sorry chuck

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Dealing with this Service Provider has proven to be a nightmare. After numerous telephone calls, e-mails and faxes, the shipment was escheduled for pickup on October 1st. It didn't happened, nor did Service provider call me or the pickup contact with an explanation. On the 3rd, I left S.P 4 voice-mails And 2 e-mails inquiring why there had been no pickup as promised the week before. S.P finally responded and asked for the same documents I had provided the previous week to the satisfaction of two

We agree with the service provider that we should pay more than the bid if the shipment turns out to weight more than listed.
