After numerous telephone calls, e-mails and faxes, the shipment was escheduled for pickup on October 1st. It didn't happened, nor did Service provider call me or the pickup contact with an explanation. On the 3rd, I left S.P 4 voice-mails And 2 e-mails inquiring why there had been no pickup as promised the week before. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Shipment was listed as described by the seller from whom we bought the item hundreds of miles away. We agree with the service provider that we should pay more than the bid if the shipment turns out to weight more than listed. However, we cannot consent to paying just any future amount without a predetermined method to arrive at it.
