The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The item was not properly packaged to the freight carriers standards. Also, it was still filled with oil which could cause a hazard as well as damage other shipments. We cannot accept the shipment as is. Please cancel.

1) Shipment was secured on "pallet" as titled. "What oil?," asks Contact. 2) U ended up subcontracting job to 3rd party & never directly saw it. 3) 3rd party said to me, as to pickup Contact, only that "truck taken for pickup wasn't equipped with lift gate." Had U failed to disclose to 3rd party type of shipment, or are you infact the true "misrepresentor?" 4) Your co.'s image would be better served by answering my greivances rather than fabricating excuses. 5) Please, refund immediately!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Service provider claims 8 days just to find a carrier, plus an undetermined number of days for delivery. I bought the vehicle because I need it promptly for a family trip. I myself can have it delivered before 8 days. I am cancelling and help my own self.

After numerous telephone calls, e-mails and faxes, the shipment was escheduled for pickup on October 1st. It didn't happened, nor did Service provider call me or the pickup contact with an explanation. On the 3rd, I left S.P 4 voice-mails And 2 e-mails inquiring why there had been no pickup as promised the week before.
