Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time the driver was in a area that had no service, driver was stranded with truck problems theres nothing he can do about.

When are you going to refund the $200 you begged me to wire you and the $23 Western Union fee? I want my money back right away. You've lied to the teeth here, John Cook. When you begged for the money, you told me you were an independent contractor hired to actually pick up and deliver the shipment. So, what driver have you referred to in the 3rd tense? You told me later you were in a motel waiting for your truck to be fixed, you'd pick up in 5 days. You vanished ever since. I want my $223!

Customer could not reach me in a reasonable period of time The customer needed two items shipped and my assistant overlooked the add....and thought it was just the one vehicle...in which that is all I could service at the time...and the shipper needed both items shipped at the same time.....I already spoke with the shipper and he understood...

peace over the world my @#$&^ this man left me good feedback and then emailed me with threats because i wouldn,t do shipments off uships records and in long distance places i wasn,t going plus he shorted me $60 and had no way to unload moter causing damage to my truck !!!! providers beware !!!!

Mike Adams contracted with me for 4 shipments, one through U-ship. 1st shipment was for $150, 2nd for $100, 3rd for $250, 4th for $150. His p’up truck ran out of space and load capacity after the 3rd shipment. He bypassed shipment 4 ($150). Before I paid him, he told me he was more interested in getting good feedback rather than more money. Within 15 minutes, I gave him a feedback he soon afterwards proved to be unworthy of, judging from the way he treated me and subsequent shippers. He promised

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved There was no change the our terms are clearly stated in every bid. We just agreed to cancel the shipment.

I resent this service provider's saying that after communicating with me he no longer felt confortable. We actually had a very cordial and respectful exchange in which he expressed his policy of getting paid in advance. I explained the policy of my organization of not risking more than the shipment and the U-ship required deposit, having been twice robbed by 2 unscrupulous service providers.

ONCE JIM SAYS "YES," YOU CAN JUST GO TO SLEEP WITHOUT FURTHER WORRIES & WAIT FOR THE TIME & DATE OF DELIVERY HE PROMISSES. MEANWHILE, HE'LL BE ALWAYS REACHABLE AT ANY TIME, DAY OR NGHT. THIS GUY IS A SUPREME COMMUNICATOR WHO DOES NOT TELL YOU WHAT HE THINKS YOU MAY WANT TO HEAR BUT RATHER THE PLAIN FACT ABOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS OF PICKING UP AND DELIVERY. WE NEED MORE JAMES CARVER!

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period John Cook's bid was accepted since January 2nd and he failed to pick up shipment and deliver (01-11) as promissed. He pleaded with me to help him with fuel by wiring him $200 in advance. I told him "our company is strickly COD, other than the U-ship required advance deposit." He begged so much that I decided to send him the money out of my own pocket, at the cost of $23.99 Western Union (MTCN:040-180-6970) fee, all of which he said I could deduct from the COD balance. There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Service Provider insists on getting fully paid in advance and we are a strictly COD organization which pays nothing in advance other than the U-ship required deposit . Our philosophy is that entrusting a shipment to a stranger is risky enough not to necessitate being added to by shedding money in advance. To date, we have had no credible dispute over COD for service rendered. On the contrary, 2 service providers so far have robbed us for a combine total of over $4000 and U-ship could do nothing
