This was a very stressful transaction! It took Kurt a month to get this delivered. Excuses limited to, but not all inclusive of, hospital stays with blood transfusions, snake bites, broken trailer tires, and death. If you are a retailer moving new furniture pieces, I would run! My retail customer was demanding a full refund of goods by the time this was all said and done. Only after ugly threats and getting Uship involved did the freight get delivered - in the middle of the night.
