Overall a good experience. We only had the buyers work number, we were booked by the seller. The buyer was on vacation during the time we were to deliver but we were not aware of that. We could not find the address for delivery so we had to move on and planned to deliver at a later date. Jan finally got a hold of the buyer and of course we went back... Our time and our fuel.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The trucks that arrived to transport items were not able to accommodate the items posted, and no blankets or padding was supplied to make sure that the items arrived safely. We did not want to have the items damaged enroute to our clients so we cancelled.
