This provider did not deliver the items, lost one item and activated the payment code before delivering. Took our items back to his home, had to have another shipper pickup. I've lost $2000 on this transaction and he has no means to pay me back. Will not be using him again.

I guess we are bit suprised by Jan's stars. We picked up when we said we would & deliveried during the time frame. Their customer who we were delivering to, we only had her work #. The 1st day she was off & the 2nd day we were told she was out of the office for the week. Drove to New Glarus w/ the address & could not find it. Left the area, Jan was able to give us a cell # & we went back. Our time & fuel. I think we went above & beyond. The item was wrapped in thick padding & shrink wrap

Very thorough and pleasant. Took a lot of pictures and followed up with a call after delivery.Prompt as well and actually arrived earlier than expected.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period We emailed this shipper several times over a period of a week with no response. When we attempted to contact by phone, the phone was not taking calls. We were forced to send another way.
