After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer We attended to pick up the item. The seller was rude and harassed us due to us not agreeing to deliver another item for them. They removed the item from our personal vehicle and refused to allow us to transport item to the buyer in Canada even after I had told them the buyer had already arranged a broker and incurred costs. Will never work for this company again.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Two previous pick up times were communicated and not held up. This third pick up date the shipper has given us a window of three days. Then delivery would not be for another three weeks. The customer is getting antsy. We will find another shipper.
