After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Facts: You never read my terms & conditions & the dates we agreed to. Transporters BEWARE, does not read terms & conditions. I was in the Toledo area twice since this was booked; both times afterhours. NOT ONCE did an employee ever mention they had a trailer and can leave the piece inside there. 6 emails from an employee there + calls & not once did this person mention, we have an option for after hours. If you’re subject to DOT rules (drive time hr), like me, I would not work with them.
