Im the Carrier, not an emissary for the shipper. She wanted me to return to the customers house after I was 20 minutes away to sign something not agreed upon. She was pushy to the point of rudeness . I will do no more jobs for this shipper after i felt like my payment was in jeopardy.

Maybe you should consider a new profession? I'll chalk up your nastiness and unprofessionalism to your being a novice. I wouldn't consider booking with you and your husband again, and it's ridiculous to suggest your payment was in jeopardy. That was never considered nor discussed.
