After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer The store closes at 5 and I advise I cannot make it through traffic until about 7. The customer said he would take the items home. I advised again it may be late due to growing traffic. The customer accused me of using him and making up excuses to back out of the job. He became rude and I do not feel comfortable working with him.

Very Unpleasant Experience! Called less than an hour before arrival on an weekend. Then complained about having to deliver another day. Tried to hustle an upcharge to deliver inside. Late twice. Communications were terse and preachy seeming to make up rules as they go. Had to refund the customer the shipping fee because of poor handling by the shipper. Needlessly complicated simple aspects of delivery. I regret not leaving feedback sooner.
