The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Worst experience ever! Made appointment to pick up in Los Angeles during rush hour, then complained about traffic. Followed by foul mouthed and hostile, insult ridden phone calls complaining about everything from the amount being paid to his own schedule being over booked. All this after we accommodated a late night pick up request. Seemed like he overbooked and was just looking for reasons to cancel. There are kinder and more responsible ways of accomplishing this end. Goodbye Gary
