After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Seller isn’t communicative and before I coordinate With him he rather to cancel… yes I’ve positive covid which I got The result last night and I was about to tell him that one of my team in LA could pick it up instead but he didn’t give me a chance to say anything and canceled..

Canceled once the carrier was late picking up. When I called him, he wanted another week to pick up. simple route rebooked in 15 minutes and delivered the next day. Not personal.

Showed up alone after booking a large table shipment. We got through it, BUT, then he showed up to deliver this large item alone and required the customer help bring it in the house and disparaged us to the customer. Consequently, I had to refund the buyer $100 to keep him happy. When asked any questions about this, Seth was unnecessarily terse and combative. In my opinion he has the business acumen of a 12 year old boy & the charisma of a parking meter. We wont hire him again.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Came ill equipped to handle the shipment. Claimed it weighed more than it does.... Then called receiving client and tried to get her to Venmo more money. Over communicated and seemed unbalanced. In my opinion, a very weird guy.
