A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer is upset that I am delayed because of winter storms and rain etc., with any shipping there are many challenges and we can’t always do it exactly when somebody wants. This is winter time. I just drove through 80 mph winds and a snow storm. And this guy is whining about his chandelier for 100 bucks to be delivered up north. Sorry I didn’t work out.
