After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Flaked on 2 pickups after dispatched.. Horrible reputation.

Funny how the worst shippers always blame it on the customer. You were a no call no show on Wed and then on Fri when you were supposed to finally come we waited literally all day and night and at 12AM finally took the table in. Did you expect us to stay up all night waiting for you? You didn’t communicate at all. Not even a “hey we’re running behind”. All we ask is for communication and for you to show up when you say you will. If that gives us a “horrible reputation” then ok.
