After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Terrible attitude by this customer they needed item shipped asap from ATl to NY we agree on a date and pick up time then couldn't take of from work for me to pick up then got upset cause I wasn't gonna stay in ATL one more day to comply after we already agree and I do have a schedule for pick ups and deliveries for other customers also.

Read this shippers negative feedback and it’ll justify exactly why I (yes I not him) chose to cancel the shipment. I ship out multiple shipments a month and have never been asked to be at home #1) during the working day #2) during a large time frame to wait around for him to hopefully make it there on time. We didn’t agree on a pickup time. In fact, he didn’t even reach out to me to set up a time. I had to reach out to him at literally 9 pm the night before because he had not communicated at all

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Not a good experience at all. Asked for clarification on time, told my customer it’d be there at a specific time and they didn’t show to pick up. Bad communication or really none until I reached out. Wasted mine and my customers time.
