Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Absolutely absurd. It was pouring rain and we were in her garage. I was wrapping up her piece while talking about business. No one harrassed her with questions. I was just discussing while wrapping her piece, trying to be friendly and all of a sudden she explodes on me and says I'm "mansplaining" things, gets very mad, rips off my blankets and throws them in the rain. How professional, huh? She is lying about half of this post but I only get so many characters to explain here. Response from Taylor R.: I was incredibly patient with you as you continued to share your unwanted opinions about how we should run our business on multiple topics and when I finally tried to shut the conversation down, you refused. When you keep on when someone asks you to stop, that’s harassment. Especially multiple times. No one owes you anything. If I’m uncomfortable, I have every right to refuse the shipment. Fortunately you’re the first time I’ve ever had to do that. Most people understand boundaries.

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Customer claimed a family emergency, which could be true, but I believe they never had the shipments ready. Response from Taylor R.: Your insensitivity to a family member passing is incredible appalling. Sad for you and the lack of grace you have.
