By far the worst shipper I’ve ever used. He pushed back pickup for over a week plus & used all kinds of excuses. He then told me he delivered the item so I released payment, but he actually didn’t deliver for another 2 days later. Then our customer sent pictures of MAJOR damage all over the item the shipper caused. Not only did he not take responsibility, he refused to pay for the damage. Steer clear of this shipper. He’s super shady and a thief. Now we have to fix his mess. Do not trust him.

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Shipper wanted to charge an additional $200 because he misread the listing. Didn't want to honor the price we agreed to and then wanted to leave the item. Not comfortable doing business with someone who can't do what they say they are going to.
