After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Drove 4 hours to this pick up that’s listed as one mannequin 125lbs. There was 2 mannequins and a computer and computer bag with accessories that were needed to be ship. I contacted the customer directly explaining that the dimensions of the shipment only listed 1 mannequin and the additional items weren’t included as per his description of the shipment. He refused to discuss the matter and advised me that it was cancelled.

I kept asking you what is it you wanted to discuss but you never said what it was. the baby is part of the manikin set along with the computer bag. you made it sound like there were 2 full body manikins and a suitcase. if only I knew what it was you want to discuss

Excuse! Excuse! that day I was at my warehouse from 7am-2am. I have a tracheotomy, I don't make half the excuses you make & it's never your fault you're late, it's always getting sleep, telling me you're not superman & had a punk in there screaming at me. Again don't take on tasks you know you can't fulfil without whining, this is business, not a therapy session. I waited at 10, then 12:20, disappear until 1:30 still whining, then it's 4:27 & then 4:50. i was not going to miss my surgery at 5a

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Clear lane is playing the dishonest game and there are consequences for that. the chairs are properly packed, strapped to the pallet and nicely wrapped up. I did not put a request for crates, it was pallets. Im missing the deadline to get these picked up because of greedy incompetence. Never again

In a just world UPS should just refund me my shipping. Items we documented as well packed from the VA hospital but what i received are 2 smashed ultrasounds, one of which in pieces. 1 crushed pallet of boxes of probes completely destroyed with loose boxes scattered, 1 disappeared. I believe this was retaliation for filing a claim for few late guarantee deliveries. Even their truck driver could't understand why all 3 pallets were so badly damaged. They never honor claims damage claims, why bother

Absolutely ridiculous! 4 days transit turn into 8 business days, 10 days total. everyday is another excuse. 1pm today i called & the terminal told me the freight finally arrive at 6am & i ask why is it not on its way since it's been delayed 4 days? he was like i dont know. I told him to send the freight out to me right now. Driver got here & my freight was the only one in there. They are too lazy to send a truck full in the middle of the day. im sure other people's freight are there too delayed
