The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Uship doesn't pay us directly we have agreement with them and we only take the remaining balance amount of the quote. We have our own billing department. Our quote details explain we take payment at pick up and prior to pickup but do not charge your credit card until your freight has been picked up and PRO# has been given to you. We do not bill you after freight has been delivered. I'm sorry we couldn't work together Maybe next time. Thanks, Rebecca

I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment Originally was supposed to pick up the same day or following day. The place for pickup wasn’t open during the timeframe I needed and customer was not aware of odd hours for the facility. We tried to contact the facility but the facility and us were never able to find a good time to communicate until the day of this request.

I can read a damn tape measure. Add charges and claim dimensions was not correct for something i packed. Notified me of delivery 5 days after the fact while i'm required to report damages for the insured item 24hours after delivery. Dirty tactics all around

disappointing. The box on the pallet was turned upside down, 3 sides caved in as if somebody purposely drove a blunt object on each side. majority of the equipment in there severely damaged. This shipment travel from vegas, passed though indiana where it was supposed to get delivered and did not delivered the projected date and then that. What the hell?

I INVESTED IN A 5000LBS COMMERCIAL SCALE AND HAVE PLENTY OF TAPE MEASURES THAT I MAKE ALL DRIVERS VERIFY WEIGHT AND DIMENSIONS AT THE DOCKS AND YET I KEEP GETTING RIPPED UP WITH FAKE ADDED WEIGHT AND DIMENSIONS.
