There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved This is a set with a baby. I asked the gentlemen what is it that is requesting but was not articulating it. Kept saying do I want to discuss it as I was discussing it. Wasn't sure what he was asking

Finally got to inspect the chairs. Poorly handled beside the antics this driver threw. I've bad experiences in here but this was among the worse. No respect for deadlines, take no responsibility for missing deadlines, constantly in need of sleep & disrespectful. two people in a truck can't make a 10hour drive too busy taking naps every 2 hours screaming profanities at customers. If you can't adhere to the terms, don't bid on loads offering. This is business, no body wants to hear your excuses

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time This is a scam and i'm pissed. Tyrone was supposed to show up at 11am to pick up, some 3 hours later, never showed up, never responded to email or call. the number's voicemail is the voice of an old lady and no one ever pick up. Thought this was odd that somebody's been on uship for two years but has no rating and has two different company names. Phishy. As of right now he's not authorize to go to the facility, i've already alert the agents

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This is trash and not acceptable. It was about 1:15pm when i called dorhn today asking to let me know where the driver is and what time he's getting here. after a week of waiting that was fair to ask. woman said she's not sure and can't guarantee this will be picked up to today. And after 7 days since this was scheduled, she claimed they don't even have a truck assigned to that shipment yet. This is not acceptable. dont offer service you can't provide. A PALLET THAT WAS WRAPPED NICELY AND STRAPPED UP ENDED UP GETTING TO ME WITH HALF THE PALLET GONE. IT'S A MIRACLE THE CONTENTS WERE STILL THERE AND NOW SEVERELY DAMAGED. THIS COMPANY WENT BAD TO ABSOLUTE CRAP AFTER BEING BOUGHT BY TFORCE. DELAY IS RAMPANT AND THEY MAKE TRASHING YOUR FREIGHT A PRIORITY

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I am not comfortable making two separate payments before the shipment is even picked up. Not comfortable giving a third party on Uship my card info either. you want my business invoice me for the balance after you pick up and delivered either through uship or a secure checkout. Never have to do a split payment for the 10+ years i have used uship
