The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped After driving to pickup site and waiting an hour. The sellers couldn't find all the items to be shipped.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer Drove 4 hours to this pick up that’s listed as one mannequin 125lbs. There was 2 mannequins and a computer and computer bag with accessories that were needed to be ship. I contacted the customer directly explaining that the dimensions of the shipment only listed 1 mannequin and the additional items weren’t included as per his description of the shipment. He refused to discuss the matter and advised me that it was cancelled. Response from Jean pierre W.: I kept asking you what is it you wanted to discuss but you never said what it was. the baby is part of the manikin set along with the computer bag. you made it sound like there were 2 full body manikins and a suitcase. if only I knew what it was you want to discuss

Response from Jean pierre W.: Excuse! Excuse! that day I was at my warehouse from 7am-2am. I have a tracheotomy, I don't make half the excuses you make & it's never your fault you're late, it's always getting sleep, telling me you're not superman & had a punk in there screaming at me. Again don't take on tasks you know you can't fulfil without whining, this is business, not a therapy session. I waited at 10, then 12:20, disappear until 1:30 still whining, then it's 4:27 & then 4:50. i was not going to miss my surgery at 5a
