3 Bedroom House Moving Services

The majority of the boxes and stuff will be in the garage, on the ground floor.  

 

 

 

I have two storage units. One 10 x 30, the other 10 x 20. The majority of the items are boxes (80%) of various sizes and weights. The rest is furniture - such as bed frames, tables, chairs. I need to move these items from this 1st floor storage location (Stafford) to our new storage location in South Boston. Also 1st floor (ramp and bay entrance).  

 

 

3 beds, 4 dressers, 4 nightstands, 1 couch, 1 loveseat, 2 sml flat-screen TV, 1 full size dirt bIke, 1 medium dirt bike, 1 small dirt bike, 2 kayaks, 1 rollaway tool box, a few hand held tool boxes, floor jack, 1 bicycle. 1 Lawnmower, 2 ladders. Roughly 40 plastic totes (27 gallon black and yellow home depot totes). No cardboard boxes. Nothing is delicate or fragile besides the TVs. Sounds like a lot but it's not as bad as it sounds. Entire house is packed in matching totes that stack and are the same size with handles.  

I have luggage as well. Size large, medium and small mixed. Counts: 20-25.

I will need to move the items indicated above by May 15 from my home, which I sold, to an apartment that I am procuring now. Most of the boxes and furniture are on the main level. The last picture with the stairs is to show that there is a basement, which is where the last photos were taken. There will be some boxes in the garage on the upper level of the house. I will have packed all the boxes by pickup. There is very little furniture left, most has been sold. However, more than one person will be needed for the furniture and one particular box. Electric golf cart also needs to be moved. Approximate number of medium boxes: 25 Approximate number of totes & large boxes: 200 Approximate number of oversize boxes: 20 Misc other items: rolling walker; rocking horse  

 

The majority of the items are in a 10'x20' storage unit. The dinning table/chairs and freezer are just 3 blocks up the street. The storage facility can accommodate up to a 26' box truck or 30' gooseneck trailer which could be loaded directly from the unit. Anything larger would have to be loaded on the adjacent street so would have to be shuttled from the unit. The unload location is a newly built 12'x32' shed on rural farm with good access. My best assessment is that,carefully packed,it would all fit in a 26' box truck, ideally with lift gate. I estimate the total weight to be between 8 and 9 thousand pounds.  

 

 

Snow blower will not be shipped. I'm looking for my 2 door jeep jk to be towed with my furniture as well.

Items are located in a 12x20 storage facility, first floor Items were packed and placed inside the storage by a moving company. The furniture is NOT assembled yet; it’s new and in boxes. Major appliances are refrigerator, dishwasher, range, hood, etc…all new. Some in boxes. Will need furniture blankets. Sofa in boxes. Dining room in boxes. Bookshelves in boxes. 3 King bed frames in boxes. Box springs and mattresses, too. We are furnishing a 3 bedroom house in Alaska. Items will be placed in storage unit in Alaska so easy to offload.  

We are mostly packed, but my wife has a broken ankle, so do need to make sure this is full service. There will be a pickup at the house, and a pickup at a nearby storage unit, then a dropoff at the house.
