1. Mover can park next to elevator & take it up to third floor. 2. Mover will move everything without customer assistance. 3. Mover will park by elevator at destination unit building. 4. Mover will move everything into unit on second floor without customer assistance. Moving several boxes and some furniture from my small home in Westchester, Illinois to a fully furnished house in Port Townsend, Washington. Not moving everything, selling a lot of furniture and giving away a lot. Moving in with my new husband in a large two-story home already furnished. Some things there will be moved out or rearranged. This is a merge of two homes. Majority of boxes contains fragiles, crystal, glass, breakables, clothes, small appliances and personals. Moving solid oak dining room table and china cabinet, small curio cabinet; grandfather clock; three tall oak book shelves; one 3-seat sofa with recliner in two of the seats; queen size adjustable bed; armoir and two dressers (one with mirror), nightstand; coffee table and two end tables, small office desk and roll-top desk; a small Ethan Allen buffet, and a four-legged, 4-foot marble top bar with two stools. One 5-pce patio furniture set with cushions, & a 3-pce wicker set; steel Purgola in garage, never assembled. That is the bulk of the furniture going. Boxes are not all packed yet, total number is estimated. Also shipping 8 storage bins equal two Med U-Haul boxes. MOVER MUST PROVIDE BLANKETS FOR FURNITURE.  

Dining Room table has (2) additional leafs, 16" wide by 42" long. Dimensions of table are 42" wide x 56" long not including the (2) leaves.
