Some items will need extra TLC when packing one dresser chest and two nightstands have mirror fronts, and the grandfather clock will need extra care.  

It feels like it will be under 1,100 cubic feet. I also have a 2005 Yamaha 600cc motorcycle that is 82" long and weighs 450 lbs. I am planning to take separately, but wondering if maybe it could go on the truck.  

Majority of items are located in a storage unit 10 minutes from the house  

This list is limited in options. I'd add maybe 10% - 15% more due to unlisted items.

French door fridge not shown in photos to be moved. There are 3 buildings to move items from - the house, a cabin and a shed. There is a fridge in the cabin which needs to be moved into the house. Destination is 2 stories plus basement - fridge to be moved to basement.

About 45 boxes of varied size in a storage unit. Access requires using an elevator. The destination address in Seattle is also a storage unit, 1st floor. About 8 of the 45 boxes are plastic, the others cardboard. Some plastic and cardboard boxes contain printed matter or photo albums and are heavy. If you can handle it, there is also a bike, not in a box.  

1 dresser is 33x18x56 1 dresser is 66x18x35 Desk is 46x22x29 I don't have recliner measurements yet. Normal size though. Mirror is 37x52x5 (boxed) "End table" is 3 nesting tables that fit together (approx 25x23x24)  

Need to take the boxed garage tools like drill, lawnmower, trimmers, blower. All things from Kitchen, Bedroom and small items are box packed and only big items need to be put it in the truck, 26 foot truck will suffice.  

These items in the picture are the only ones that need to be moved. In addition there is one queen mattress. Half of the items are in the second floor. Rest are in the first floor. The destination house has only one floor. Moving distance is less than 2 miles.  

House is technically four bedrooms but only three are really in use (one of those three is an office that only has a desk, computer EQ and TV/TV stand) Most of the garage is pre packed (only thing in garage to consider is squat rack but can be disassembled) and bed is easily disassembled for easy storage.  

** I've updated with 2 pics of the trailer that got everything there last May, for reference. 2br apartment on third floor and a nearly filled 20x10 garage used as storage. pics of apartment layout and garage are attached. In the apartment: 1 bed 1 dresser 1 end table 1 coffee table 1 wingback chair 1 TV 1 console 2 stools NO dining room furniture (it’s in the garage) 1 desk (it break down) 1 office chair 1 kitchen and pantry w/ usual items. Delivery address will be a ground-floor storage unit. Probably needs one large truck — def not a 53, but please see pics of the last truck for reference.  

All items will be wrapped with moving blankets ready to move and all items in boxes.  

 

: I need to get my business equipment/ tools and personal stuff as well as some building materials. The larger items are some ladders, pressure washer, airless paint sprayer, small table saw, several propane tanks, paddle board, bike and several cases. There are 100 or so boxes of various sizes. I tried to get boxes that are the same dimensions and will fit together well. I think it will require about 20ft in a trailor Delivery time is fairly flexible
