Half the boxes are cardboard, while the other half are inside of clear bins. 8-10 bags, which are suitcase or duffle-bag like. 2 bicycles 1 dirt bike (that needs to be mounted properly inside of the transporting vehicle) I will be there in both El segundo to help load and in Austin to help unload the items. But please note that it needs to be delivered in 2 days because the drop off window is only on that day.

No moving supplies necessary. Move will begin at a 40' storage container that's at about 80-85% capacity. Not many loose items, most everything is already boxed or toted. Larger items include: Washer/dryer, tv, 3 dressers, disassembled table, tv stand,, 3-4 end tables/night stands, 2 toolboxes, couch that separates into 6-7 individual pieces, set of car wheels/tires, one king mattress/box springs w/frame, one full wooden bed frame w/o mattress, etc

In the load, I have a queen bed frame, a dresser, chest of drawers and nightstand (small, not bulky), and some bedding. The other room has a bunk bed that will be broken down and a traffic light on a metal stand. The living room has a leather recliner sofa, a very small loveseat and two trunks for storage. (One small and one large) the last room is full of misc storage items. Lastly I have a patio dining set, a grill and a small Yamaha scooter/ Vespa. I can pack it all and unload it. Your quote works for me, it’s not a huge load but it’s definitely not a little one.

The drop off for this move is a ground floor residence on a hill with narrow, windy streets in Los Angeles. Max 16 foot trucks only. The pick up destinations are a ground floor residence and a warehouse with a loading dock on the east side of San Francisco. This is a vintage furniture, art and book collection. The items are somewhat fragile and valuable. Almost everything will be packed or wrapped in advance by the owner. The Dining table will be in two sections (top and base) The sectional is primarily cushions. All paintings will wrapped in bubble and sealed in mirror boxes. They are listed as pictures and not boxes because there is no section for mirror boxes. All small sculptures will be wrapped in bubble and sealed in boxes. They are listed as medium boxes. All books will be in 12 x 12 x 12 or 12 x 12 x 16 boxes. they are listed as small boxes. All furniture except large pieces will already be wrapped in bubble or packing blankets. Moving from sanford,Florida 32771 to new jersey 07054. Only 70% of the stuff you see in the garage is need to move. I am planning to see some stuff. All we have 22 Boxes, 2 Beds with frame and mattresses(1 king and 1 queen), 1 Large Sofa, 1 TV 65", and 4some side tables, 1 dining table with 2 sitting tables and 2 chairs, 2 carpets and some small furniture's.  

 

 

Quote assuming that you will load and unload. Assume a dedicated 26 footer, although when packed properly it will take less than 18 ft. Added another image that shows complete inventory with sizes. Garage also has disassembled wardrobe shelves, gorilla shelves and two rolled up carpets. Last image shows inside view of 26ft trailer when it was loaded during previous move. Where sturdy garage shelving was used to load truck nicely. These shelves are part of the shipment and can be used.  

This is a 3 story town house move to a single story. Everything has to be out by 8/27. photos are for a general idea of what the stuff looks like.
