3 Bedroom House Moving Services

A list of the larger items: 2 Desks. A small kids vanity. a washer& dryer, one full size mattress and 2 twin mattresses. Platforms to a king size sleep number bed but broken down they are twin size each. A Small kitchen table. a Kids doll house. Everything else is boxes.  

scuba tanks and a bunch of miscellaneous tools/hardware, containers, upright bottled water system, 2 indoor plant stands, 2 behind the door mirrors  

 

 

Most items are already packed. Outdoor swing and desks are disassembled. Furniture, beds, TVs, and appliances require wrapping and loading. Move is roughly 11 miles; 2 small sets of stairs (~4 steps each) at new address, and 1 staircase at old address involved for some upstairs items. We have a few rolls of turf that will be rolled up, as well as 8 tires. Some smaller items can go in our cars if helpful. There are two other small tasks we need help with that can be discussed as part of this job, or we can get them done separately: Looking for help uninstalling 1 toilet and reinstalling it at the destination, as well as unmounting and remounting 100 inch tv.

Total weight is 1074 lbs. Small box contains furniture 13x11x5, 5 lbs. Queen poster bed includes rails, slats and stumps. Small chest is a lingerie chest. Dining table is 1 split pedestal and 1 leaf. All furniture will need to be wrapped/padded for travel and delivered to second floor of home. With a day or two notice, pickup can be on weekend days.

We’re moving from a 3-bedroom condo in Ferndale, MI to Pasadena, CA. We're only bringing minimal furniture and essential items as described in the inventory — no large appliances. Everything will be boxed and ready for transport. We're open to two types of quotes: - Transport only (we will handle all loading and unloading) - Full service (you handle loading and unloading) Pickup window: Flexible between August 7–10 Delivery deadline: Must arrive by August 14 — we fly in that day and want the shipment delivered the same day or earlier. Driveway parking is available at pickup locations. No storage, assembly, or packing needed. No pets. No fragile or high-value specialty items. Just a clean, straightforward move. Moving from a storage unit (elevator to lower floor for unit) to a basement in a house. I don’t know why the photos are upside down! Also, I am working on getting more bins so all those loose toys/games can be gathered and contained.

Some items will need extra TLC when packing one dresser chest and two nightstands have mirror fronts, and the grandfather clock will need extra care.  

It feels like it will be under 1,100 cubic feet. I also have a 2005 Yamaha 600cc motorcycle that is 82" long and weighs 450 lbs. I am planning to take separately, but wondering if maybe it could go on the truck.
