My whole U-Ship experience was quite easy. I managed to find a transport service that made the whole thing even better. I was moving a removable service body from Arizona to Alberta and of course it was not a normal size pallet. Mark made things so easy. His attitude and service level is beyond reproach. Chris showed up with his truck and a helper. They loaded a refrigerator and dishwasher up, took it about 12 miles away. Recipient was happy with the delivery. The fridge was large and they had to take the front door off the hinges, all of this was communicated ahead of time. No surprises, no complaints, timely enough pickup and delivery.
