Overall, I did have some functional challenges with the uShip site. Once I accepted the bid, I kept getting additional bids including one from the same company and I was unable to navigate easily thru the site. I was never able to figure out how to find a live person to talk with.
Because of the additional bid, I called the company for clarification and was able to make sure that my original bid was still in effect. At a later point, they left me a message and I returned their call and left a message. I did not hear back for 2 days. I found out that the shipment was delayed an extra day when it did not arrive as scheduled.
