Very good process overall. The bid process works well. Could be a little more user friendly, in inputting/saving info, and at times lose data when 'continuing' to next screen; times, it did not continue to next screen and lost data. But, overall we will use UShip Services again.

With an aunt moving into a nursing home, some furniture and household items needed to be moved from NYC to PA. The items were more sentimental than valuable, so we could not afford to pay high costs.
