Some aspects of the uship were very frustrating: 1. What is an 'item'? We falsely presumed that it was the label on each item. Instead it was for how many items were there. Needed to ship a pallet to Miami from Arizona, and had very little time, as it was shipped on Friday and needed to be in Miami on Wednesday. Got great pricing, definitely will use this service again. BTW, the pallet was delivered right on time on Wednesday noon so we didn't loose time at all for the pallet to be shipped overseas.
