Some aspects of the uship were very frustrating:
1. What is an 'item'? We falsely presumed that it was the label on each item. Instead it was for how many items were there. So we had 1 of item 1, 2 of item 2, 3 of item 3, etc. No wonder someone asked how we had 6 tons of stuff when we thought we had only 700 pounds! We are talking college grads here! It should have been clearer.
2. Okay, so we made a mistake. Let's correct it. Here's the edit button. Ha-ha, fooled you!!! You can't edit it! It seemed like a sick game that was being played on us. Finally, we had no choice but to bring our offer totally down, and had to reenter all the information for 30 different packages. It made us start looking for competition to uship.
3, We tried calling and emailing uship to get help. We could find no phone number and no one answered our email. NOT service oriented. I cannot recommend uship to anyone.
A. Weirdly, we had a lower bid for 6 tons than we had for 700 pounds. We never understood that one.
B. We were very pleased with the shipper we found.
