uShip Launches New ‘My Shipments’ for Providers

Life on the road can be a juggling act, especially when you’re constantly handling multiple shipments and customers at a time.

To help make life easier for service providers on uShip, we’ve launched a new and improved My Shipments page, adding improvements based on your feedback and feature requests.

Booked and Completed shipments are now more easily accessible, and Alerts make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

With many providers, especially Power Carriers, booking dozens of shipments a month, using search within My Shipments makes it easy to find that particular shipment based on shipment title, shipment ID, customer name, or even pickup or delivery location.

One notable change to point out: changing a shipment status, say from “In-transit” to “Delivered,” now must be made through the uShip mobile app or within the listing details page. Status changes can no longer be made directly within My Shipments.
