I had a fantastic experience with Nick. Because our schedules lined up, I was able to book the move with him and get my stuff within a week. Every step along the way I was able to check in, and there was never a need to wonder when he would arrive for pick up or delivery. Most of all, Nick is a good guy who works hard to provide a quality service. His approach is definitely no frills, with an absence of paperwork and an emphasis on cooperation to produce a mutually beneficial outcome.

Nick was very quick to respond to questions asked and stayed in touch so I knew when he would be arriving by cell. He was priced very reasonably and the furniture arrived in excellent condition. Very friendly and easy to work with. Would use again!

Kept in good contact about picking up & delivering my furniture with a notice a couple of days ahead, the day before & the day of, no waiting around & wondering. It was difficult at times to communicate with him, but when I was finally able he gave me a couple of dates but never came through. I recieved this cancellation request and would like to proceed with it because going on a couple of months, I need my hood!!

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I was initially promised shipment on july 24th, i contated the shipper and he said he was behinnd shipping and would defintately be there on the 30th. After NUMREROUS attempts to contact him through the week, he did not return phone calls until I called 3 times in a row today(seven days later). He then informed me that he had left a message last week that he had a "family emergency" and was unable to complete the shipment. I rechecked ALL of my messages and that is a lie. I now have moved 1500 m

One week later, the day before the sheduled pickup he stated he had to cancel the job stating a miriad of reasons mechanicle, insurance etc. Probably landed a more lucrative deal. Now there is not enough time to get my shipment with new vendor by the date I need it. Pretty dishonest
